11. $29 First Cut & Evaluation Service
The $29 First Cut is a one-time introductory mowing and evaluation service.
Scope of Service
The First Cut includes Lawn mowing
While mowing is guaranteed, trimming, edging, and blowing are performed as part of standard maintenance when property conditions reasonably allow. Scope and depth of service are determined at Company’s discretion.
Property Condition & Overgrowth
The $29 promotional rate applies to reasonably maintained lawns.
If the property is:
Excessively overgrown
Obstructed
Unsafe
Heavily debris-covered
Containing uncontrolled animals
In poor or hazardous condition
We reserve the right to:
Re-quote the service prior to beginning work
Decline service at our discretion
Refund Policy (First Cut)
Fully refundable if canceled before service is performed
Non-refundable once service has been completed
Not credited toward future recurring service unless agreed in writing
12. Recurring Monthly Service Plans
Following the First Cut, we may offer a recurring maintenance plan.
Recurring service:
Is billed immediately upon activation
Automatically renews every 30 days
Is charged at a flat monthly rate
Does not change seasonally
Outcome-Based Guarantee
We guarantee a maintained, neat, and trimmed lawn appearance over each billing cycle, subject to these Terms.
We do not guarantee a specific number of visits per month.
Service frequency and timing are determined solely by Company based on:
Growth rate
Weather conditions
Operational logistics
Route density
Safety considerations
13. Billing & Card Authorization
By activating recurring service, you authorize us to:
Store your card on file
Charge your card immediately upon activation
Automatically charge your card every 30 days
Retry failed payments at our discretion
Suspend or terminate service immediately upon payment failure
No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
14. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel recurring service at any time with at least seven (7) days’ notice prior to your next scheduled service.
No prorated refunds are provided once a billing cycle has begun
Services performed prior to cancellation remain payable in full
We reserve the right to cancel service at our discretion
15. Scheduling, Weather & Route Policy
We operate on a route-based system and do not guarantee specific service days or times.
Service dates may shift due to:
Weather
Equipment issues
Routing efficiency
Growth patterns
These adjustments do not constitute breach of agreement.
16. Access & Property Requirements
You agree to:
Provide clear and unobstructed access
Secure pets
Remove debris, toys, hoses, and obstacles
Ensure gates are unlocked
Mark irrigation heads, hidden wiring, or hazards
If access is blocked or unsafe conditions exist:
Service may be skipped
The visit may be considered completed for billing purposes
No refund will be issued
Outcome guarantees do not apply where access is restricted.
17. Property Damage & Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage
Hidden or unmarked hazards
Underground utilities
Improperly installed irrigation systems
Loose or fragile items left in service areas
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the most recent billing cycle.
18. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are dissatisfied with a service, you must notify us within 24 hours of completion.
At our discretion, we may provide a corrective visit. This is the sole remedy available.
19. Photography & Media
We may take before-and-after photographs for quality control, documentation, and marketing purposes unless you provide written notice opting out.
